All unopened and lightly tested laundry pod packages within 30 days of delivery are eligible for returns or exchanges. Free return shipping labels are provided for defective or incorrect orders.

Once your return is received and inspected at our distribution warehouse, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 3 to 5 business days.
